Senior Manager Corporate Finance

MoonLake is a dynamic company that is pushing the boundaries of possibility, and they are seeking a Senior Manager Corporate Finance to support strategic financial decision-making. This role will involve partnering closely with the CFO, Senior Director Finance, and cross-functional teams to frame key business questions and provide clear recommendations. The Senior Manager Corporate Finance will be responsible for strategic finance partnering, corporate finance coordination, stakeholder and advisor management, financial analysis and modelling, and strategic project support. They will need to build and maintain financial models, conduct research, and collaborate closely with teams across Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, Commercial, and Corporate Strategy. To be considered for this role, candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, and 6 to 10 years of experience in corporate finance, consulting, investment banking, or a related in-house finance function. An advanced degree or professional qualification, such as MBA, CFA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent, is desirable. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, solid financial modelling skills, and the ability to present analysis and recommendations clearly to senior audiences. They will be working in a fast-paced, international environment, with 2 days a week spent in either the Zug or Porto office, and will have the opportunity to learn and grow alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and innovative biotech environment.
