- How does the score work?
- We score ten Swiss-specific categories — work-permit fit, language skills, achievements, USP, soft skills, hard skills, education, job history, portfolio, profile photo. You get an overall percentage and a one-line rationale per category.
- What does the ATS check actually look at?
- Section structure, headings, date formats, contact-block placement, photo handling, language declarations, and Swiss-specific signals such as permit status and mother-tongue declaration. Not just 'is it parseable' — does it parse the way Swiss recruiters expect.
- Is my CV stored? Where?
- Your file is processed in our EU infrastructure (AWS Frankfurt) and is FADP and GDPR compliant. We do not sell data. You can delete your CV at any time from your account.
- Photo on a Swiss CV — yes or no?
- Swiss convention: yes. A professional photo is standard and expected on most CVs. We check whether yours is present, well-placed and appropriately framed.
- Which language should my CV be in?
- Match the language of the job posting. If you are applying broadly: German in Zurich, Bern and Basel; French in Geneva and Lausanne; Italian in Ticino; English at international firms. Our check scores in all four.
