As a Regulatory Affairs Director for Topical Pain, the role is to provide regulatory leadership and expertise to ensure products are successfully introduced or maintained globally. The main day-to-day responsibilities include acting as a business partner, providing regulatory strategy, and developing novel regulatory strategies to secure competitive approvals. The role also involves communicating and influencing cross-functional internal and external groups, building and leading a team, and ensuring compliance with global, regional, and local processes. To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum of a BA or BSc in a life science or pharmaceutically related field, with at least 10 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, including 5 years at a senior manager level. Alternatively, candidates with 15 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs from a different area of education may also be considered. Nice-to-have skills include a postgraduate degree, such as an MBA, MS, or PhD, and a background in Regulatory Affairs or Pharmacy.
