The company is seeking a driven individual to join its team in Zurich as a Sales Associate. This role involves representing the brand and ensuring exceptional customer service. The main responsibilities include achieving and surpassing sales targets and maintaining a positive, results-driven mindset. The Sales Associate will create a welcoming environment for clients, both in person and through various communication channels. They will build and maintain a client book, both locally and internationally, and demonstrate a deep understanding of the products. The role also involves solving client issues in partnership with the management team. The Sales Associate will manage individual stock assignments, ensuring the boutique is well-organized and participating in inventory and cycle counts. They will also protect the boutique's assets by following operating procedures. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in retail or hospitality and a strong drive for business results. They should have a passion for creativity, fashion, and the Maison. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships are essential. The role requires fluency in German and English, with proficiency in another language being an asset. The candidate should be adaptable, able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, and willing to strive to exceed objectives.
