“…Erfahrung mit Agile/SAFe, Kenntnisse im FINMA-Umfeld, Power BI von Vorteil, Französisch C1…”
Nothing is invented. “Responsible for the project portfolio” becomes “Led a CHF 12M portfolio — 30% faster delivery”, because Swiss recruiters read for outcomes, not duties.

Not as advice, but computed from our own index of Swiss job adverts. With AI, tailoring one takes minutes rather than an evening.
Of adverts whose system can be identified, about 42% of everything published. Vendor pages read in September 2026.
Important: This is why the editor writes the CV against a specific advert: it picks up the terms that advert itself uses.
Is an ATS rejecting your CV? The Swiss numbers →AI CV building
Most CV builders are a form: you type everything yourself and pick a template at the end. Here the AI writes the first draft from your existing CV and the job you are after, minutes rather than an evening.
That is why a separate version per application is realistic here and theory elsewhere.
Build a CV with AIFree to start, no sign-up, no card. The first download already happens without an account.
In Switzerland the document is called a CV, and a Swiss CV is closer to a resume than to the long academic CV: one to two pages, reverse-chronological, with a photo and a personal-details block. Whether you search for a CV maker or a resume builder, this is the tool: it reads the advert and writes the CV against it.
The facts stay yours, the wording follows the advert, and the format follows Swiss convention. Before you send it, run the ATS CV checker against the same advert, free.
A CV for Switzerland carries a few lines a US resume does not: nationality and work permit, language levels on the A1 to C2 scale, and the Pensum, the percentage of a full-time role you are applying for. Most Swiss employers still expect a photo, and two pages are normal.
The Swiss CV template shows the layout line by line, and the article AI CV builder for a Swiss CV explains what the generator does with each of those lines.
The advantage of an AI CV is not speed. The AI CV maker reads the advert and writes your CV in the terms the advert asks for. Those are the terms the applicant tracking system looks for when it reads your application first. So your CV passes the screening instead of failing on a missing word. And because the tailoring takes minutes, you can send a different CV for every job rather than the same one everywhere.
How to use it: upload the CV you have, paste the advert, read the draft. The facts stay yours, the AI changes only wording, order and format. Then adjust any section in the chat or by hand, test it with the ATS CV checker against the same advert, and export it as PDF or Word. The first draft needs no account: CV maker & resume builder.
The CV is generated before anyone asks you for an account. These are the numbers as the code enforces them.

Stop sending the same CV to every role. SwissJobs.app rewrites each section of your CV to match the job posting you target — keeping every fact you provided, sharpening the framing recruiters and ATS systems want to see. Built for the Swiss market: B/C permit phrasing, photo conventions, achievement framing in the Swiss style.
For beautiful templates, Zety, Novoresume and Canva are strong — more designs and more polish than we have. What they lack for Switzerland is exactly what gets looked at here: the work-permit line, language levels as A1–C2 rather than "fluent", room for Arbeitszeugnisse, the photo convention. SwissJobs.app builds the CV in that format and checks it against the specific advert — the editor free without an account, and the first export without one too, then Premium CHF 15 a month or CHF 95 a year.
Real numbers, not adjectives.
“My CV scored 54. It flagged the missing permit line, the photo, and six bullets that were duties instead of results. After the rewrite it hit 91 — and I had three interviews within two weeks.”
“Six weeks of silence with one generic CV. I started pasting each job ad and sending the tailored version instead. The first tailored application got me an interview.”
“I was losing track of who I'd applied to. Everything I save now lands in the pipeline by itself — 14 applications, 4 interviews, and I stopped forgetting to follow up.”
“The cheatsheet had the exact culture-fit question they opened with, and the STAR hint pointed at a project already on my CV. I had the number ready. Offer came a week later.”
