The Senior Credit Risk Analyst role at COFCO International involves independently evaluating and managing counterparty credit risk across the company's origination businesses in Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, and Serbia. The analyst will provide guidelines to trading desks to ensure compliance with credit policies and lead credit risk management in the region. They will also collaborate with credit risk teams in other regions and the headquarters, and support the risk department on assigned projects. To qualify, candidates must have a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a CFA. They need at least three years of experience in credit risk, preferably in trading companies, banks, or insurance companies, with exposure to Agribusiness. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical and communication skills are essential. The role requires the ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of Romanian is a plus. Nice-to-have skills include experience in CVA, PFE, credit risk netting agreements, and the implementation of credit systems.
