The (Senior) Laboratory Technician will be responsible for executing routine analytical methods in a development environment. They will investigate unexpected results, troubleshoot laboratory issues, and maintain laboratory equipment. The role involves generating and collecting high-quality data, performing data analysis, and interpreting results. The technician will also collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams to perform studies and support scientifically based solutions to complex problems. Additionally, they will implement improvements and new technical solutions. To qualify for this role, candidates must have completed a Lab Technician Training or hold a BSc degree in Life Sciences. Previous experience in analytical laboratories or industry is required. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in lab instrument troubleshooting and maintenance, as well as expertise in protein analytics, such as CE SDS, icIEF, HPLC, or LC-MS. Knowledge in method development is considered an advantage. Nice-to-have skills include a passion for driving the team forward and a passion for analytics.
