Technical Trainer - Switzerland

The role of Technical Trainer at Luminator Technology Group involves developing and delivering training programs for various stakeholders, including employees, field service technicians, and customers. The main day-to-day responsibilities include creating and maintaining training materials, delivering both classroom and virtual training sessions, and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the training content. The role also involves conducting onboarding programs, facilitating product launch sessions, and supporting the rollout of new products. Additionally, the trainer will evaluate training effectiveness, identify knowledge gaps, and recommend corrective actions. The trainer will work closely with various teams, including Technical Support, Engineering, and Product Management, to ensure that training content is up-to-date and aligned with the latest technologies and best practices. To qualify for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Education, Business, or a related field. Experience in technical training, field service, or technical support is required. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training tools are also essential. Fluency in English and German is a must. Nice-to-have skills include experience in the manufacturing, transportation, electronics, or technology industry. Strong communication and customer-facing skills, as well as a technical aptitude and problem-solving mindset, are also beneficial.
