Global Clinical Distribution Lead

The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Global Clinical Distribution Lead involve managing the on-time delivery performance for network supply shipments to meet study requirements and patient demand. This includes participating in various teams and meetings, such as Protocol Execution Teams (PETs) and Global Supply Execution Teams (gSETs), to ensure smooth operations. The role also involves resolving operational and system issues, coordinating network depot supply, and leading cross-functional projects to support the global distribution strategy. Additionally, the lead must operate within a GMP-compliant environment, ensuring adherence to quality procedures and processing event records. To qualify for this role, candidates must have a degree in Business (Operations Management or Supply Chain Management), Biotechnology, or a relevant field. They need 3-4 years of experience in Clinical Trial Management, logistics, warehouse management, or other Supply Chain disciplines, preferably in the Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical industry. Strong knowledge and experience with SAP/ERP systems are also required. Experience in cross-functional/cross-cultural and agile organizational models is essential. The role demands an action-oriented mindset, the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders, and a collaborative and agile approach to problem-solving and task management. Nice-to-have skills include a willingness to experiment and test new ideas, a focus on continuous learning and improvement, and the ability to manage complex situations autonomously. The role is based in Kaiseraugst, Switzerland, with team members globally distributed across South San Francisco, U.S. and Mississauga (Greater Toronto Area), Canada.
