Head of Finance Operations

Batgroup, Europe’s leading digital platform for home‑cleaning services, is looking for a Head of Finance Operations to join its finance team in Lausanne. The role supports the Group CFO and department managers, helping to drive financial performance, reinforce controls, ensure compliance and aid strategic decision‑making across the business. Day‑to‑day duties include overseeing daily finance operations, managing month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closes, handling accounts receivable and payable, payroll, taxation, controlling, treasury, audit coordination and corporate‑finance matters. The incumbent will provide financial insights and analysis to the CFO, partner with FP&A on performance reporting, assist with annual statements and reports, and lead process‑improvement projects that enhance systems and controls. Candidates must hold a master’s degree in finance, accounting or a comparable qualification, with a Swiss Federal Diploma as a Finance and Accounting Expert or a CPA/ACCA considered a strong asset.
