The position is for a Real Estate Agent with a Dubai‑based agency that matches buyers, sellers and renters with property across the emirate. The company supplies all the tools you need to start, from a funded RERA licence and daily leads to a dedicated CRM, marketing material and on‑site support, and expects you to bring the drive to turn those resources into closed transactions. Your everyday work will involve locating prospective clients, earning their confidence, presenting the current market options and guiding them through the negotiation and closing stages. All client outreach, property showings and paperwork are supported by the firm's lead‑generation platform, AI‑enhanced CRM and marketing team, allowing you to focus on relationship‑building and deal execution. To be considered you must be prepared to move to Dubai within one to three months (or already be based there), have roughly six months of personal savings to cover living costs while you develop a pipeline, and hold a valid driving licence for city‑wide viewings. The role requires a strong appetite and self‑discipline to treat the position as your own business, even though no prior real‑estate background is needed, the company's academy will train you from scratch. You will work full‑time on‑site and must obtain the RERA licence, which the employer will fully fund after the training period. The offer is commission‑only with no salary ceiling: you keep 50 %, 70 % of the agency fee on every deal, paid out daily and tax‑free. The package also includes a two‑week broker training programme led by a UK‑certified trainer, continuous coaching, AI‑driven CRM access, premium Property Finder listings and dedicated marketing support. In addition, the firm provides an employment visa, private health insurance and assistance with setting up in Dubai, all at no cost to you. The office is located in Onyx Tower 2, The Greens, and you will be part of a family‑run business that organises regular events and incentive programmes.
