Brand Segment Lead

Nestlé Suisse is looking for a Brand Segment Lead to steer the MAGGI portfolio in Switzerland, based in La Tour‑De‑Peilz. The position is a full‑time, temporary assignment covering a maternity leave for roughly six to twelve months, offering the chance to influence a well‑known food brand at a pivotal growth stage. In this role you will shape and execute the overall strategy for MAGGI, aiming to refresh the range and double its market share locally. Daily tasks involve spotting the most promising consumer trends, converting those insights into compelling brand experiences, and launching bold product innovations and updates. You will also craft cohesive communication plans that heighten visibility and ensure consistent messaging across all channels, while continuously monitoring commercial results and allocating resources to maximise profitability. Leadership duties include supervising a small team of three and contributing to the broader Swiss Food Leadership group’s objectives. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in brand strategy and a proven track record of elevating brand equity and portfolio value. You must be adept at turning market research into actionable innovation and possess strong financial and commercial judgment to steer investment decisions. Effective cross‑functional collaboration and the ability to inspire a high‑performing team are essential, as is fluency in English together with either German or French.
