Corporate Financial Controller (m/f/d)

The Corporate Financial Controller will be responsible for group‑wide investment controlling and operational controlling across the company's subsidiaries. The role supports the development of a reporting system suited to the organization's size and establishes corporate controlling structures that align with the group's strategic goals. Daily tasks include preparing budget plans and forecasts for individual entities and the entire group in line with HGB and IFRS, creating status reports, ad‑hoc and variance analyses, and monitoring key performance indicators for management control. The controller will communicate independently with management levels, cost‑centre managers and the accounts department, while continuously improving planning, management and control processes. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Administration, Economics or Real Estate Management, preferably with a focus on Accounting, Controlling or Finance, and brings several years of corporate controlling experience, ideally from the property or fund sector. Required skills are fluency in spoken and written German and English, a proactive, hands‑on attitude, strong numerical aptitude, outstanding analytical abilities, and excellent coordination and management capabilities. Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, is essential.
