The position of **HR Policies & Processes Manager** (M/F/X) is based in a large Swiss‑based organisation that operates across borders and embraces a multicultural workforce. The role sits within the Human Resources function and is tasked with shaping the company's HR policies while steering change initiatives throughout a complex, international setting. On a daily basis the manager will oversee the upkeep and refinement of HR guidelines, templates and related documentation. This includes analysing current policies, collaborating with HR colleagues and other internal partners to produce clear, up‑to‑date materials, and converting legal or regulatory demands into usable HR procedures. The incumbent will keep an eye on legislative shifts, pinpoint which documents need revision, and coordinate those updates with the appropriate experts. Process optimisation forms a core element: reviewing how existing workflows operate, collecting user feedback, spotting recurring pain points and suggesting realistic tweaks. Data and key‑performance indicators will be leveraged to highlight efficiency gaps and enhance service quality. Close cooperation with various HR teams will be required to answer queries, clarify processes, draft guidance and help managers apply policies correctly. Project coordination responsibilities cover drafting project plans, arranging workshops, monitoring actions, aligning contributors, and ensuring that agreed‑upon changes are delivered on schedule. The role also supports the launch of new or revised policies by managing validation steps, preparing rollout assets and working with communications to make information accessible to the intended audience. The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR professional who enjoys moving between detailed documentation and stakeholder interaction. Several years of experience in HR, preferably within a sizable, international enterprise, are essential, as is a university degree or comparable higher‑education credential. Fluency in both French and English at a professional level is mandatory. Proven hands‑on work with HR policies, procedures, process improvement initiatives and HR‑related projects is required, together with strong project‑coordination capabilities, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously while juggling multiple tasks. Clear communication skills and a solution‑oriented mindset are also expected. Additional assets include an extra HR qualification and familiarity with Swiss employment legislation, which would facilitate the translation of regulatory requirements into practice.
