Real Estate Agent

The position is for a Real Estate Agent with a Dubai‑based, family‑run brokerage that supplies all the tools you need, leads, marketing support, an AI‑driven CRM and a fully funded RERA licence. Compensation is commission‑only, ranging from 50 % to 70 % of each transaction fee and paid out daily, with no salary ceiling. Your everyday work will involve meeting prospective buyers, sellers and renters, presenting them with suitable properties, guiding them through market information, and ultimately negotiating and finalising deals. The company feeds you eight fresh leads every day, sourced from the top‑ranking Property Finder platform, and you will use the provided CRM and marketing packages to manage those prospects from first contact to closing. To be considered, you must be prepared to move to Dubai within one to three months (or already be based there), have roughly six months of personal savings to support yourself while you build a pipeline, hold a valid driving licence for city‑wide viewings, and demonstrate strong hunger and discipline. Prior experience in real estate is not required, as the firm runs a two‑week academy that trains you from scratch and covers the cost of the RERA licence. The role is full‑time and on‑site at the office in Onyx Tower 2, Office P305, The Greens, Dubai. You will join a culture that celebrates quarterly events, offers weekly and monthly incentives, and provides continuous coaching from managers on the floor. Additional perks include a private health insurance plan, an employment visa, premium Property Finder packages, and ongoing support for lead generation and marketing. What the role asks for: - Ready to relocate to Dubai within 1‑3 months - Around six months of savings for living expenses - Valid driving licence - Strong hunger and discipline - No prior property experience required (training provided)
