Senior Manager - Flights Marketing (Bangkok-based, relocation provided)

Agoda, a global travel platform that links millions of travelers with hotels, flights and experiences, is looking for a Senior Manager – Flights Marketing to lead its flight‑related growth from its Bangkok office, with relocation support. The role sits within Agoda’s Performance Marketing division, a data‑centric group that blends analysts, strategists and scientists to drive measurable results. The incumbent will shape the overall marketing plan for the Flights vertical, excluding pricing, and will steer the creation, rollout and refinement of campaigns across channels such as CRM and paid performance. Daily work involves deep‑dive analysis of extensive data sets to uncover user patterns and market shifts, turning raw numbers into clear actions. Responsibilities also include formulating testable hypotheses, running A/B experiments, building rigorous analytical frameworks, and collaborating closely with accommodation marketing, flight product and supply teams. Regular reporting on initiative impact, delivering concise insights to senior leaders, and overseeing a team of analysts and managers—including hiring and onboarding—are key parts of the job. Candidates must bring more than eight years of experience handling large‑scale data projects, preferably within technology, e‑commerce or digital advertising. A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, economics or finance is required. Proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations, mastery of SQL, Tableau and Excel, and outstanding written and oral communication skills are essential. The role also demands strong stakeholder influence, commercial acumen, prior people‑management experience, and an entrepreneurial, results‑driven attitude.
