Product Merchandising DTC Intern

The internship places you at VF’s EMEA headquarters in Stabio, Switzerland, working for The North Face within the VF Internship Program. You will join a global brand portfolio that includes The North Face, Vans and Timberland, gaining insight into how a worldwide, brand‑led business operates while contributing to real projects alongside international colleagues. Your daily work will revolve around supporting the direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) assortment for the Full Price channel, covering both apparel and hardgoods. You will help shape the seasonal SMU line plan by analysing consumer insights, sales data and market trends to inform the spring‑summer and fall‑winter strategies for Europe. Coordinating go‑to‑market timelines and tools, you will ensure cross‑functional alignment, monitor in‑season performance to spot risks and opportunities, and prepare visual line‑review materials and product presentations. To be considered you must be slated to graduate after 1 November 2026 or retain student status on 1 February 2027, and hold EU or EEA citizenship. The role requires comfort with numbers and the ability to draw simple conclusions, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. You should understand what makes products attractive to European consumers, have a basic grasp of Excel or similar tools, and demonstrate a genuine interest in fashion, retail or product creation together with a positive, can‑do attitude. The position offers a 12‑month, full‑time experience with a monthly gross salary of 1 850 CHF, hybrid working, a shuttle service or public‑transport discount, on‑site gym, subsidised canteen and a 50 % discount on VF brands.
