The role of Service Technician Benelux is based in Velp, working for a subsidiary of INFORS HT. The company specializes in providing optimal customer service after the delivery of goods, focusing on troubleshooting, functional testing, and advanced equipment use. The main responsibilities include handling customer complaints, installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment according to GMP guidelines, and conducting both internal and external training for customers. Additionally, the role involves assisting in the creation of service manuals. The ideal candidate must have expertise in electrical and mechanical installation, automation, and electronics, along with a basic understanding of fluid mechanics, chemistry, and biotechnological processes. Experience in repairing electrical and mechanical equipment and the ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical schematics are essential. Proficiency in computer-based automation systems, computer network configuration, and using Office tools like Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Experience with an ERP system and TCP/IP networks is also necessary.
