Knowledge of AI‑enabled measurement, marketing automation, and data‑privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA) together with an agile mindset is also required. Experience in emerging markets and prior exposure to the pharmaceutical sector are advantageous but not mandatory. The role sits within a global headquarters team that collaborates closely with integrated marketing, IT, compliance and executive leadership, offering the chance to influence a worldwide transformation agenda. The environment values a proactive, "can‑do" attitude, cross‑functional teamwork and a focus on delivering measurable impact through innovative, customer‑centric solutions.
