Store Manager

Join PMI as an IQOS Boutique Manager and help drive the company's mission of a smoke‑free future. In this Store Manager role you will oversee a boutique that showcases PMI's premium, smoke‑free products, while acting as the bridge between the headquarters and the local shop. Your everyday work revolves around steering the boutique's commercial results, delivering a top‑tier consumer experience, and guiding a small team of Assistant Managers, Senior Experts and Experts. You will coach staff, ensure smooth daily operations, uphold brand standards and maintain compliance with internal policies, the NCA Code of Practice and local regulations. Key duties include: recruiting, onboarding and developing boutique employees; managing workforce planning, schedules and resource allocation; driving sales, NPS and other operational KPIs; leading daily briefings and guaranteeing high‑quality service, product knowledge and after‑sales support; analysing performance data and launching improvement actions; supervising inventory, stock accuracy, ordering and returns; keeping visual merchandising and store standards on point; handling opening and closing routines, budget control and regulatory compliance. The position requires at least five years of experience in retail or premium‑service environments and three years in a leadership or store‑management capacity. Candidates must possess a solid grasp of retail operations, inventory control and point‑of‑sale systems, as well as a proven ability to manage KPIs and boost business performance. A good understanding of regulatory and compliance matters is essential, together with fluency in German and strong English communication skills. A successful applicant will also have a demonstrable record of hitting sales and consumer‑experience targets and be able to combine operational efficiency with a premium service mindset.
