Electra is a fast‑growing European fast‑charging operator that aims to make electric‑vehicle charging so easy that EVs become the default choice. With a team of more than 300 people from 21 nationalities operating across ten countries, the company is expanding its network of charging points and its own e‑mobility service platform, backed by over a billion euros of funding. As an Accounting & Finance Intern you will assist the Alpine finance function, covering Austria and Switzerland, by handling the full accounts‑payable and receivable workflow and helping with cost‑control tasks. Your daily work will involve checking and posting supplier invoices, keeping an eye on aging reports to guarantee timely payments, preparing regular reports and key performance indicators, contributing to financial data preparation for controlling, and supporting cross‑border, cross‑functional projects. The position requires you to be enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences program, preferably studying business administration, finance, accounting or controlling. You should have a genuine interest in financial accounting and performance analysis, be meticulous and organized, and be comfortable processing a high volume of transactions. Fluency in German and English is mandatory, while French is considered an advantage, and you must be eligible to work in Switzerland. The internship lasts six months and is based in Zurich, offering exposure to a multinational, entrepreneurial environment within a scale‑up that values flexibility, inclusivity and impact.
