HR Business Partner 60-100%

The HR Business Partner role involves working closely with managers and employees to support them in daily HR tasks and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Business Partner will play a key role in this transformation, contributing ideas and helping to shape the future of HR within the organization. The main responsibilities include recruiting new employees and supporting them throughout their entire lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, excluding payroll. This role also involves co-managing personnel administration, preparing correspondence, contracts, and various reports. The HR Business Partner will advise on a wide range of HR-related topics, ensure the smooth execution of HR processes, and support the development of employees' skills and competencies. Additionally, the role involves assisting in the ongoing optimization of HR processes and actively contributing to the implementation of new HR initiatives. To excel in this role, candidates must have at least five years of experience as an HR Business Partner. A commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification with further education in Human Resources, preferably a Swiss Federal Diploma HR Specialist, is required. Strong communication skills in English, French, or German are an advantage. A customer-focused, collaborative mindset and a strong sense of quality are essential.
