Sales Development Representative (German-Speaking)

Frontify, the brand platform powering companies such as Microsoft, Bosch and Mercedes‑Benz, is looking for a German‑speaking Sales Development Representative to help expand its presence in the DACH region. The company, which began in St. Gallen and now operates from London, New York and other locations, enables teams to manage brand assets, workflows and AI‑driven tools from a single place. In this role you will focus on outbound lead generation, acting as the first point of contact for prospective customers. Daily tasks include prospecting enterprise accounts through personalized cold calls, emails and multi‑touch campaigns, collaborating with Account Executives to surface high‑potential opportunities, and handling objections with tailored solutions. You will manage a large set of target accounts, prioritize activities efficiently, and translate complex product information into clear value propositions for executive buyers. Structured onboarding and enablement support are provided to help you ramp quickly. The position requires a strong enthusiasm for SaaS, a proactive and methodical work style, and excellent communication across phone, email and social media. Candidates must demonstrate resilience, active listening, empathy, confidence, ownership, persuasion, negotiation skills and the ability to think on their feet. Fluency in both English and German at a C1 level or higher is essential.
