Previous experience of six years in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in English is required, with fluency in French or any additional language being a plus. Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday, and strong administrative coordination skills are also essential. The role demands excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines efficiently. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for interacting professionally with various stakeholders. Nice-to-have skills include experience or interest in planning and organizing events, as well as familiarity with AI and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
