IT Support Specialist

BCIC Swiss GmbH, part of Best Connect International Company, is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in Opfikon, Switzerland. The company provides IT support and services. The main responsibilities include handling first- and second-level support for customer issues, collaborating with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV problems, and ensuring timely updates on issue status and resolution. The role also involves maintaining ticket updates for all reported incidents, installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Cisco Jabber. Additionally, the specialist will support and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware, perform repairs on various equipment, and use diagnostic tools to address network and hardware/software issues. Basic knowledge of the Mac operating system is also required to support Apple PC users. Candidates must have a valid work permit in Switzerland, several years of experience in the IT field, and a B2 level of German.
