Adnovum is a Swiss‑based technology consultancy that creates custom digital products for public‑sector organisations. With more than 700 specialists spread across offices in Zurich, Bern, Lausanne, Winterthur, Bassersdorf, Budapest, Lisbon, Singapore and Ho Chi Minh City, the firm blends local expertise with a global outlook. The position of Full‑Stack Software Engineer (a) offers a chance to join an interdisciplinary group that tackles complex software and security challenges for government clients. In this role you will turn client needs into functional software. Daily tasks involve dissecting business requirements, spotting technical hurdles and shaping solution concepts together with architects, project leads and other domain experts. You will craft code that is both scalable and easy to maintain, using modern frameworks and ensuring the underlying architecture stays robust. Ongoing duties include advising customers on how to refine their applications, partnering with project managers to meet quality targets, and taking part in every stage of the development cycle, from initial analysis through to deployment and upkeep. Agile practices and a mindset of continuous improvement are expected throughout. The ideal candidate brings several years of hands‑on experience in software creation, coupled with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. Mastery of C# and the .NET platform is essential, as is familiarity with contemporary web technologies such as Angular or Blazor. A solid grasp of agile methods, CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing and test‑management processes is required. The applicant must be able to work autonomously yet collaboratively, demonstrate integrity and a commitment to high‑quality output, hold Swiss citizenship or be eligible for a Swiss Personnel Security Clearance, and communicate fluently in both German and English. For certain public‑sector assignments, willingness to undergo a Personal Security Screening is mandatory. Additional expertise in languages and tools like Go, Python, Docker and Kubernetes is considered a plus. The company promotes a flexible work model that includes part‑time options and hybrid office arrangements, flat hierarchies that welcome ideas from all levels, and ongoing professional development supported by training budgets. A diverse and inclusive culture is highlighted by the "one Adnovum" spirit, encouraging teamwork, open communication and a friendly atmosphere across all locations.
