The role also involves iterating the product until it reaches product-market fit and building a sales force or marketing engine. Must-have requirements include being based in Europe or the Americas, or being open to relocate. Excellent communication skills in English are also required. The role demands a willingness to take full responsibility for scaling the startup to €100M+ in revenues. Nice-to-have skills include a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently. The location is fully remote, offering flexibility.
