Julius Baer, the leading Swiss wealth‑management group, is launching its 18‑month Graduate Programme for the spring of 2027. As a University Graduate – Portfolio Specialist you will join the Portfolio Reviews Specialist Team, which supports the bank’s Advice Premium clients by enhancing the quality of portfolio advice and driving recurring revenue. In this role you will work closely with Global Asset Class Specialists and Relationship Managers. Your daily tasks include supplying asset‑allocation insights, analysing individual holdings to spot risks and opportunities, and translating specialist recommendations into scalable portfolio actions. You will also create a streamlined process for reviewing and rebalancing client portfolios, maintain a repository of conviction‑driven “Buy” ideas and “Sell” suggestions, stay current with the bank’s research and CIO viewpoints, and prepare charts, tables and other presentation material for client meetings. The position requires a recent master’s degree—graduated no more than a year ago—in Banking or Finance with above‑average grades, and some hands‑on experience in an asset‑class, product or portfolio‑management setting. Candidates must demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for wealth management, a global outlook, strong interpersonal abilities and a keen appetite for learning. Fluency in both English and German is essential, and you must be legally permitted to work in the country where you apply.
