Wella Professionals is a leading global beauty brand, and the Trade Marketing Intern will support their Color & Care division. The intern will focus on trade marketing initiatives, collaborating with various teams to bring new products and innovations to market. The intern's main responsibilities include managing the master calendar for new product launches, ensuring all milestones and market testing phases are on track. This involves coordinating the distribution of product samples to different markets. Additionally, the intern will gather and analyze market feedback and volume forecasts, transforming this data into actionable insights for leadership. They will also contribute to the creation of digital sales tools, including the Digital Sales Folder and one-pagers for new products, and support the development of service menus for salons. To excel in this role, candidates must have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and experience in the beauty industry are nice-to-haves. The role is based in GE, CH, and offers a hybrid work arrangement. The intern will work closely with the Global Team, gaining a comprehensive view of how a global beauty brand operates.
