They should be familiar with reservation, ticketing, or travel management platforms and have strong operational judgment and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Nice-to-have skills include experience with process improvement, workflow documentation, or digital transformation. Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude, and experience evaluating travel technology platforms are also beneficial. Knowledge of travel itineraries, ticketing, reservations, and hospitality operations is a plus.
