In this role you will act as the Finance Business Partner for the Central Retail organisation, supporting the EMEA Retail VP and senior leadership with clear financial insights, performance analysis and scenario modelling to drive sustainable growth. On a daily basis you will own the long‑range planning process, creating revenue and profitability scenarios based on sales KPIs, commercial initiatives and fleet evolution. You will support fleet‑planning decisions, including store openings, closures, relocations and refurbishments, by developing business cases, conducting post‑investment reviews and assessing profitability. The position also requires you to manage the financial planning, forecasting and reporting for multi‑brand stores and channels, oversee Central Retail SG&A budgeting, and lead cost‑management initiatives focused on labour, occupancy, depreciation, rent and other operating expenses. Strong analytical, financial‑modelling and problem‑solving abilities are essential, as is advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel. You must have a proven track record of partnering with senior business leaders, influencing decisions with fact‑based analysis, and communicating financial information clearly to executive audiences. The role also demands the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment while maintaining high organisational standards. A background in retail economics, understanding store productivity, occupancy management, labour planning and profitability analysis, is highly valuable. Experience with reporting and planning tools such as Cognos or Power BI, as well as the ability to manage complex data sets and build performance dashboards, are considered nice‑to‑have skills that will help you hit the ground running. What the role asks for: - Minimum 3 years FP&A or similar finance experience - Bachelor's or Master's in Economics, Finance or Business Administration - Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency - Strong analytical, financial modelling and problem‑solving skills - Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced matrix environment - Experience with Cognos, Power BI or similar reporting tools (nice‑to‑have) - Experience handling complex data sets and building dashboards (nice‑to‑have)
