Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator - Revenue Systems (SaaS) - Remote

The role is a Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator, Revenue Systems (SaaS) working as a contractor. The company is focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems. The main day-to-day responsibilities involve auditing CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, and automation issues. This includes analyzing policy conflicts, reviewing and reconciling data, and creating clear operational prompts and documentation. The role also involves assessing the impact of CRM changes on various integrated tools and providing insights on CRM optimization and system design. The must-have requirements include 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms. Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts is essential. Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions is required. Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms is also necessary. Additionally, working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation is needed. Experience working in SaaS environments and excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
