The position is for a 2027 Graduate Talent Program, Tech, IT Product Manager based in Zurich. UBS, a global leader in wealth management and universal banking, is seeking driven recent graduates to join their Group Technology Office. The program aims to develop skills in technology and finance, offering a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects. The main responsibilities include assisting Product Managers and Product Owners in managing the product lifecycle, from idea generation to delivery and enhancement. This involves backlog management, feature prioritization, and sprint planning. The role also requires gathering and documenting business and compliance user requirements, collaborating with IT engineering teams, and preparing product documentation and status reports. Additionally, the graduate will support user acceptance testing and validation of delivered features, ensuring high-quality applications. To qualify, candidates must be recent graduates with a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in a STEM field, and have graduated within the last 24 months. They should have no more than two years of full-time work experience and a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system. Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Candidates should also be comfortable with ambiguity and have a basic understanding of software development concepts, Agile delivery, APIs, data, or cloud technologies. Nice-to-have skills include experience in an agile environment and a strong delivery-oriented approach with an emphasis on quality. The role offers exposure to diverse projects and technologies, providing ample opportunities for skill development. The program is 18 months long and includes professional and technical training, rotations, and networking opportunities. The team is dynamic and follows state-of-the-art software development methodologies, ensuring a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
