Head of Consolidation and Accounting

Landis+Gyr, a worldwide leader in energy‑technology solutions, is looking for a Head of Consolidation and Accounting to join its finance function at the Cham headquarters near Zurich. Reporting to the VP of Group Accounting & Controlling, the role sits at the core of the company’s effort to deliver intelligent, resilient and sustainable energy services. The incumbent will steer the monthly, quarterly and yearly closing and consolidation for every legal entity, guarantee precise financial reporting and high‑quality management data, and keep the accounting and reporting framework aligned with standards and internal rules. Responsibilities also include supervising statutory and consolidated statements, managing inter‑company reconciliations, serving as the primary liaison for external auditors, advising finance teams on complex transactions, maintaining policies and internal controls, supporting the CFO with results analysis, and championing automation and simplification of processes. In addition, the leader will coach a small, high‑performing accounting team
