The position of Global Market Access Manager – Pricing & Tender Management sits within mylife Diabetes Care, a rapidly expanding, family‑owned business based in Burgdorf, Switzerland that creates integrated solutions for diabetes management. The role spans Europe, Canada and Australia, linking local affiliates with Finance, Regulatory, Product Management and other global functions to turn pricing data, clinical evidence and market insights into concrete recommendations for pricing, tenders and negotiations. Each day you will be responsible for constructing and overseeing a worldwide pricing repository and its governance, performing benchmarking, variance and scenario analyses to spot pricing opportunities and risks, and designing pricing models and business cases for both new and existing products. You will pinpoint ways to improve prices and margins, translate complex analyses into clear guidance for affiliates and senior leaders, and head a global Tender Excellence Taskforce that provides tools, documentation, risk assessments and best‑practice sharing. Supporting affiliates in key national and regional tenders will involve running pricing simulations, assessing financial impacts and crafting data‑driven tender strategies, while also converting clinical and health‑economic evidence into persuasive value arguments for procurement bodies. Ongoing monitoring of competitor pricing, tender results and market‑access trends will ensure emerging risks and opportunities are communicated throughout the organization. The role requires at least five years of relevant experience in pricing, tender management, market access, commercial excellence or bid management within MedTech, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics or a comparable healthcare setting with complex pricing and public procurement. Candidates must have hands‑on expertise in pricing analysis, financial modelling and business‑case development, a practical grasp of public procurement or funding models in at least one core region, and strong analytical and financial skills, including advanced Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus. A university degree in economics, business, health economics or a related field and fluent English are mandatory, while an advanced degree adds value.
