Intern - EY-Parthenon - M&A Lead Advisory (graduate)

Join EY's Transactions Corporate Finance (TCF) team as an intern in Zurich, where you will support the firm's mid‑market M&A advisory practice. Supporting the due‑diligence process and assisting from pitch through to close are also part of the daily routine, while you juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. The position requires a completed Bachelor's degree, or an advanced stage Master's degree, with an excellent academic record in business administration, finance, economics or a related field. Candidates should have some prior exposure to M&A, investment banking, a Big‑Four advisory practice, private equity or transaction diligence. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German are essential, as is solid proficiency with Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint. The role also demands exceptional analytical ability, strong organisational skills, decisive independent work in a fast‑paced environment, and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
