Project Engineering Manager

Kanadevia Inova is a global leader in waste infrastructure innovation, focusing on transforming waste into valuable resources like energy, heat, and hydrogen. The company seeks a Project Engineering Manager to oversee large Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. The Project Engineering Manager will lead and mentor multi-disciplinary engineering teams, managing the engineering scope from design through commissioning and handover. This role involves ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, technical specifications, and contractual obligations. The manager will collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to drive project execution, implement engineering strategies, and maintain project timelines and documentation quality. Additionally, the role includes overseeing technical risk management, issue resolution, and change control, while reporting to the Project Director and aligning engineering efforts with commercial goals. To excel in this role, candidates must have extensive technical expertise in plant construction and industrial engineering, with a strong passion for engineering and the ability to inspire and drive technical teams. Effective communication skills, contract management experience, and a good understanding of processes and products are essential. The role requires strong and multidisciplinary technical expertise, the ability to mediate and resolve conflicts, and the capability to identify, adapt, and execute solutions based on experience.
