INTERN TRAINING & EDUCATION 100% (M/W/D)

Joining the House of Dreams, you will become part of Parfums Christian Dior, a French luxury brand that aspires to spread beauty, joy and hope worldwide. The internship sits within the Training team in Zürich, Switzerland, and runs for six to twelve months beginning around September or October 2026, offering a practical glimpse into training coordination, event organisation and data handling inside a high‑end environment. Your everyday tasks will involve supporting the back‑office that runs the learning application, analysing its metrics with Power BI and suggesting improvements. You will also organise the set‑up, execution and follow‑up of major training sessions, create an online registration tool, and manage the ordering, delivery and distribution of training materials and equipment. Administrative duties include keeping the Dior Beauty Advisor database up to date, arranging local printing for training tools and assisting trainers with translation work. The role requires fluency in French and German together with a solid command of English. You should bring a proactive, hands‑on attitude, strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously. Proficiency in Office 365—especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Power BI—is essential, as is a keen interest in digital platforms and social‑media features. Beyond the core responsibilities, the position offers exposure to marketing, retail and digital colleagues, and serves as a stepping stone toward careers in training, retail or marketing.
