Customer Success Engineer

LatticeFlow AI builds a technical AI‑governance platform that helps enterprises assess, secure and control AI risk. As a Customer Success Engineer you will own the outcome of each client journey, from the first proof‑of‑value through renewal and expansion, ensuring the value of the platform is clearly demonstrated. Your daily work will involve leading pre‑sales engagements to set success criteria, partnering with the Field Deployment Engineer to guarantee technical deliveries meet those goals, and managing the full post‑signature lifecycle—including onboarding, adoption monitoring, health checks and proactive risk mitigation. You will maintain trusted relationships, drive renewal readiness, collaborate with sales on growth opportunities, and relay customer feedback to shape the product. The role requires a solid technical base with comfort around APIs and AI/ML workflows, proven pre‑sales experience such as demos or technical evaluations, and hands‑on post‑sales delivery in a B2B SaaS or AI/ML context. A commercial mindset, strong communication across technical and executive audiences, and experience in enterprise environments are essential.
