Assistant Store Manager

GoodwillAZ South Mountain is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations and support the Store Manager. The role involves handling opening and closing procedures, scheduling staff, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. The Assistant Store Manager will also drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role includes coaching a diverse team of associates.
