Head of HR M&A

Lonza, a worldwide life‑science organization headquartered in Basel, is looking for a Head of HR M&A to steer the people side of its corporate transactions. The role sits at the intersection of human resources and strategic deals, guiding how talent, culture and workforce structures are handled during mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, restructurings and similar initiatives. Each day the incumbent will shape the overall HR strategy for multiple concurrent deals, define priorities, allocate resources and ensure accountability. They will head the dedicated HR M&A group, act as the principal HR point‑person from early scouting through due‑diligence, closing, integration or separation, and oversee the stabilization phase afterward.
