The Professional Services Specialist role involves delivering compelling Proofs of Concept (POCs) to showcase how Frontify can benefit prospective customers. The main responsibilities include supporting the creation of POCs, recreating and structuring brand spaces, and creating visually compelling brand showcases. The role also involves ensuring visual consistency, reviewing content, and collaborating with the Professional Services team. Additionally, the specialist will contribute to improving internal POC templates and guidelines. To excel in this role, candidates must have a strong curiosity and enjoy learning new tools and technologies. Experience with AI tools and a comfort with digital experiences are essential. The role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders. A strong eye for quality and the ability to provide constructive feedback are also crucial. Nice-to-have skills include experience with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Claude, or ChatGPT.
