Voice Actor: CX Agent Voice Cloning (Swiss German)

We are collaborating with a leading AI research laboratory that develops next‑generation text‑to‑speech (TTS) technology. The project aims to create a natural, expressive voice for a customer‑experience (CX) AI agent, and it requires native Swiss‑German speakers to provide high‑quality recordings that will train and evaluate the speech models. Your daily work will consist of recording voice samples from a variety of scripts, such as conversational dialogue, narrative passages, and instructional text. You will need to deliver clear, natural, and expressive speech while keeping tone, pacing, and pronunciation consistent across takes. The role also expects you to follow detailed technical guidelines for the recording environment, microphone setup, and file format, and to perform multiple takes that explore different emotions and emphases when asked. The position is open to anyone who meets the core criteria: you must be a native Swiss‑German speaker living in Switzerland, possess a clear and expressive voice with strong control over intonation, and have access to a professional‑grade or near‑professional recording setup. You should be able to follow scripts precisely, be available for a single four‑hour recording session (with a possible second session later), and be comfortable with your voice being cloned for the client's CX AI agent. Additional, non‑essential qualifications that would strengthen your application include prior experience recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets, familiarity with audio‑editing software such as Audacity or Adobe Audition, and the ability to produce several vocal styles ranging from conversational to corporate or calm.
