INUIKII Sales Associate 20%-100% (end of October - February/ temporary)

INUIKII is a youthful footwear label that is reshaping Switzerland's fashion scene with a blend of premium design, comfort and innovation. The company is opening its first worldwide flagship store and seeks a flexible Sales Associate to support the shop floor during the busy winter period, from late October through February. The associate will focus on driving sales by building relationships with shoppers and delivering personalised advice. Responsibilities include greeting customers, showcasing the brand's collections with an eye for style, keeping the store tidy and well‑presented, and feeding back observations on foot traffic and client comments. Close collaboration with the store manager and the rest of the team is essential to maintain smooth daily operations. Applicants must be fluent in both German and English, hold a valid work permit for Switzerland, and be able to work on a call‑out basis from one to five days each week throughout the season. Availability is required from mid‑November to the end of December, with Sunday shifts mandatory during the Christmas shopping rush. The role favours candidates who have some retail background or comparable experience, a genuine enthusiasm for fashion and high‑end products, and a proactive, responsible attitude. Additional assets include strong teamwork spirit, high accountability, flexibility, and any extra language skills.
