Senior Engineer Solids / OSD (m/f/d)

The Senior Engineer Solids / OSD (m/f/d) role involves process design from concept to implementation, often on-site at client locations. This role requires leading or being part of the process design team, managing work packages, and coordinating with various stakeholders throughout the project phases. The main responsibilities include designing and specifying production facilities for OSD processes, managing suppliers, solving technical challenges, and ensuring compliance with GMP and quality standards. The role also involves collaborating closely with clients, colleagues, and vendors across all project stages. To qualify, candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering, Process or Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Experience in plant engineering, process design, or pharmaceutical production and operations engineering is essential. A solid understanding of GMP guidelines and current industry standards is also required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with very good German language skills, both written and spoken. Experience in project structuring, cost and schedule planning, and technical procurement is beneficial. Good English language skills are an advantage.
