Sales Coordinator Consumer Products Division (m/f/d)

L’Oréal’s Consumer Products Division, a global beauty leader present in 150 markets, is looking for a Sales Coordinator (m/f/d) to join its Geneva team. The role supports the division’s mission to make beauty accessible through brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline New York and NYX Professional Makeup, acting as the operational hub that links retail partners with internal sales groups. In this position you will handle the core sales administration tasks, including maintaining price lists, tracking sell‑out data, monitoring promotion performance and overseeing order processes. You will serve as the primary contact for retailers, managing new product listings, coordinating sample distribution and addressing logistics questions. Additionally, you will help organise internal workshops and assist in preparing commercial presentations, ensuring smooth collaboration across functions. The ideal candidate must demonstrate meticulous planning and business‑analysis abilities, especially in managing large data sets with Microsoft Excel. A proactive approach to solving retail and logistics issues is essential, as is the capacity to communicate effectively with both internal colleagues and external partners. Fluency in German and English is required, while strong French language skills are considered a valuable addition. Working in Geneva, you will be given real responsibility from day one in an environment that encourages stepping out of your comfort zone and growing your potential. L’Oréal promotes an inclusive culture where diversity of ethnicity, background, age, gender, sexual orientation and ability is celebrated, offering a supportive setting for anyone eager to contribute to a larger purpose.
