Pre-Arrival Concierge Assistant (M/W/X) - Temporary contract - Le Châble

The company pairs exclusive chalets with personalised services, creating seamless, tailor‑made experiences for families and groups. As a Pre‑Arrival Concierge Assistant based in Le Châble, you will be central to preparing every detail of a guest's stay before they set foot on the mountain. In this role you will shape each guest journey by contacting clients and travel agents ahead of arrival, building custom itineraries and arranging services such as airport transfers, ski lessons, equipment hire, spa treatments, restaurant reservations and childcare. You will verify every booking, keep accurate records and deliver the final plan to guests on schedule. Coordination with the resort team is essential: you will brief property staff, organise weekly hand‑over meetings, share confirmed itineraries and special requests with operations, and support the on‑site team throughout the stay. Administrative duties include tracking extra services, ensuring they are billed correctly or added to the final invoice, reconciling accounts after departure and maintaining up‑to‑date documentation in internal systems. You will also deepen your knowledge of the destinations, chalets and suppliers, help produce content for guest communications, blog posts and internal guides, and contribute ideas for marketing and social‑media initiatives. The position requires a natural communicator who demonstrates a strong service mindset and possesses solid insight into luxury travel. You must be able to juggle multiple tasks with precision and care, and be prepared to work on Saturdays and Sundays when demand peaks. The contract follows Austrian labour regulations, meaning you will follow a rotating schedule announced at least a week in advance, with overtime compensated according to collective agreements. A passion for creating compelling content, offering marketing suggestions and improving internal processes is valued, as is familiarity with the Alpine destinations and their exclusive providers. The temporary contract runs from either 1 September 2026 or 1 October 2026 until 30 April 2027, with a 43.5‑hour weekly workload and full compliance with Austrian working‑time rules.
