HR Specialist

Crypto Finance Group, part of Deutsche Börse Group, delivers professional digital‑asset services to institutional clients. The business operates through Crypto Finance AG in Switzerland and Crypto Finance (Deutschland) GmbH in Germany, offering regulated trading, custody and wallet solutions. The company recently obtained a MiCAR licence for the European market and is a SIX‑approved custodian for ETP issuers. The HR Specialist will join a small, service‑oriented HR team located on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich, supporting a fast‑growing blockchain and fintech environment. The role covers the full employee lifecycle. Daily tasks include managing HR administration such as employee data, sickness notifications, onboarding and off‑boarding, handling HR queries, issuing reference letters and preparing monthly reports. Recruitment duties span drafting job ads, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, documenting feedback, conducting reference checks and supporting background screening. The specialist also assists payroll by performing four‑eye reviews, answering payroll questions and liaising with external providers. Maintaining HR systems like Personio and Workable, ensuring data quality, processing invoices, tracking HR‑related costs and supporting budget administration are also part of the remit, together with providing general project support and preparing internal and external HR reports. The position requires solid operational experience. Candidates must have three to five years of HR services or administration experience and a proven record of managing end‑to‑end recruitment, especially for technology and specialist roles. A completed HR‑related education or equivalent practical experience is essential, as are fluent German and business‑level English. Applicants must hold a valid Swiss work permit or be EU/EFTA citizens.
