The position is a full‑time Accountant for a well‑known international group that operates hotels and leisure facilities, expanding its footprint in Switzerland and abroad while emphasizing quality service, responsible conduct and sustainable growth. Day‑to‑day duties involve handling both primary and cost accounting in line with internal rules, legal standards and reporting timelines. The role requires the preparation and review of monthly and yearly financial reports according to the Swiss Code of Obligations and Swiss GAAP FER, as well as supporting the budgeting cycle and offering analytical insight for performance tracking. Responsibilities also cover Swiss tax and social‑insurance matters, liaison with auditors, banks and other financial partners, and the upkeep of robust internal controls. The accountant will work with finance systems, aid in their optimisation and take part in digital‑transformation projects, including ERP and treasury tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable platforms, while serving as the main contact for Swiss authorities on accounting and tax issues.
