As the Manager Analytics & AI you will steer a multidisciplinary group of data scientists, machine‑learning engineers and AI specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement while turning cutting‑edge analytics into tangible business results. Your daily work will involve defining the AI vision, spotting high‑impact projects and mapping out a roadmap for analytics and artificial‑intelligence initiatives across the enterprise. You will work closely with partners from both business and technology sides to convert complex challenges into AI‑driven solutions, oversee the creation, rollout and operation of scalable AI, ML and MLOps platforms, and provide hands‑on architectural guidance in areas such as generative AI, large language models and AI agents. The role requires a proven record of leading analytics, data‑science or machine‑learning teams, with deep expertise in AI, advanced analytics and large‑scale solution delivery. You must be comfortable with model deployment, MLOps practices, cloud environments—preferably Azure—and proficient in Python and modern AI tools. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, mathematics or a related discipline is mandatory, and experience in sectors like engineering, manufacturing or energy is considered advantageous. Strong business acumen, the ability to translate opportunities into measurable outcomes, and excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills are also essential.
